What’s Included
In an individual therapy session, we create a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We’ll work together to understand the patterns, beliefs, and influences that may hold you back, from early relationships and family dynamics to societal expectations and personal values.
My integrative approach combines attachment theory, trauma-informed care, cultural responsiveness, and emotion-focused techniques to help you gain insight, process emotions, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Each session is personalized to your unique needs, whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or personal growth. The goal is to help you heal, build self-trust, and move toward a more intentional, fulfilling life.

Individual Sessions: 50 minutes for $165

Extended Sessions (75–90 minutes): Available upon request for a more in-depth experience.
