Reconnect With Yourself
ARE YOU...
-
Finding yourself second-guessing your decisions or wondering what you really want?
-
Spending so much time thinking about other people’s needs or expectations that it’s hard to hear your own?
-
Noticing familiar patterns in your relationships, emotions, or the way you respond to yourself?
Sometimes the ways we’ve learned to cope, connect, or meet expectations can make it harder to know what feels right for us.
Therapy can be a place to understand those patterns, creating space to explore what feels right for you.

Understanding Before Change
The patterns you want to change often developed for a reason.
Understanding what shaped them can help you decide what still fits, what doesn’t, and what you want to approach differently.
I help adults understand the patterns shaping how they see themselves,
relate to others, and make decisions creating more room for choices that feel right for them.
Individual therapy can offer space to better understand yourself and what may be shaping how you feel, respond, and relate to others.
We may explore family experiences, relationships, expectations, culture, identity, beliefs, or familiar ways of coping, not with the assumption that everything needs to change, but with curiosity about what still fits and what may not.
As that understanding grows, we can explore what you want to carry forward, change, or approach differently.

What Therapy Can Look Like
Sessions are collaborative and shaped by what brings you to therapy and what we’re working toward together.
We may explore emotions, relationships, family experiences, expectations, beliefs, or familiar ways of coping,
and notice how they continue to shape your life today.
I may offer reflections, questions, psychoeducation, or exercises to deepen your understanding and support changes that feel meaningful to you.
