Rewrite Your Family Story
ARE YOU...

-
Feeling stuck in old patterns with a parent, adult child, or sibling?
-
Longing for a more honest, respectful relationship with your family?

Family relationships are some of the most meaningful… and the most complicated. You deserve relationships that feel safe, respectful, and grounded in understanding.
Family patterns are often inherited, not chosen—but they can be reshaped. Studies in family systems and attachment theory show that improving communication and emotional safety within families can significantly reduce chronic stress, anxiety, and relational strain.
Bowen’s Family Systems Theory, John Bowlby’s Attachment Theory, and meta-analyses on family therapy effectiveness (e.g., APA, Journal of Family Therapy).
I help adult families create new patterns of communication and connection, so each person feels heard, respected, and supported as they move forward together.
Adult Family Therapy offers a space to heal long-standing dynamics between parents and adult children, or siblings.
We explore the old roles, unspoken hurts, and patterns that have shaped your family relationships, and work together toward more open communication, mutual understanding, and lasting trust.
This isn’t about assigning blame or rushing to fix things.
It's a compassionate, structured space where each family member’s experiences are honoured. Together, we’ll uncover what matters most, identify shared values, and create a new way forward.

What’s Included
In a family therapy session, we focus on understanding and improving the dynamics between family members. Together, we’ll explore how communication patterns, roles, and expectations affect your relationships. We’ll work on creating a safe, open environment where everyone feels heard and valued. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, cultural understanding, and emotional processing, helping families build stronger connections and healthier interactions.

Each session is tailored to your family's needs, whether addressing conflict, improving communication, or navigating complex family history. The goal is to create more understanding, trust, and respect within the family unit so that you can move toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
